I think they will be fully focused on their other 3 competitions this year and will put a weakened team out, as will we, but I'd expect us to be clear favourites.

I expect us to be slight favourites, GDS2.
This 3rd round is tricky, as teams don't have to rest players, as some are building fitness still. It will be interesting to see how both coaches approach it. I suspect a lot will depend on the fixtures before and after, and on results between now and then.
Tough draw, lots of prem teams will go out in the 3rd round, which is great for the lower league clubs.
I've always liked this comp, and it's one of 4 we enter, so it's still important. A home tie, and we should be up to speed by then.

We can't afford to go out of this, it's probably only realistic chance of us winning anything, plus it was the downfall of everything last season...

Brighton will be aiming to win it. It's the easiest one for them to win. Unless Utd players take it seriously, they will beat us.
