Gabriel Jesus is exactly the type of forward we need, busy hungry and bloody good! Not to worry we have cr7 who will struggle to cover as much ground as Jesus does in todays game over the whole season!

And yet i think Ronaldo just might outscore Jesus this season as well.

{Ed014's Note - for his new club?

UA, are you having a laugh?

Then why City replaced Gabriel Jesus with Halland or why a European Giant like R. Madrid didn't sign him? He was compared to Brazilian Greats when City signed him some years back but he didn't live upto the hype.

Gotta say Jesus looks great in his new club. Hopefully he's not there long and a big club goes in for him on the continent ??.

Early days.
You need to show it over the course of a season.
I've seen a lot of teams have a good start or strikers in red hot form.
Very difficult to keep this going for the whole season.

City sold Jesus and bought Haaland for tactical reasons. possibly after having been undone by Benzema.

For whichever club ed0014. Ronaldo has more talent and goal scoring ability in his left tiny toe than Jesus.

{Ed014's Note - I know what you mean mate, he’s been immense so far this season and but for him you’d be bottom of the table.

Ed014, the gift that keeps kn giving ???

Making up for lost seasons ed? ?.

{Ed014's Note - spot on DB, this page truly is the gift that keeps giving and I don’t see it stopping any time soon.

He does look good, fair play to him . But then again he is a novelty to us we aren't used to seeing forwards run, chase back, be technically proficient, look to press and move the ball forward quickly and to take a man on and have a shot.

Could be right Ed, the tide does seem to have turned. Long season ahead yet though.

{Ed014's Note - very long mate and we’ve had no real tests yet so just a game at a time.

Reportedly we haven’t finished in the transfer market yet and with the likely departures of AMN, Pepe and Bellerin we’ve pretty much cleared the decks too.

Jesus is an excellent player, some say he is so good he can walk on water.

While he's been known to make his packed lunch stretch to feed to entire squad and coaching staff at Colney.

Although he does often disappear for a few days in Spring but reappears a soon enough, often saying he feels resurrected.

However, if his form tails off expect the Arsenal fans to crucify him.

To be fair whenever I saw Jesus play for City I thought he was a good player especially coming in and out of the team like he did.

Good buy for Arsenal.

Shappy, will you take Martial or Rashford over Jesus? Come on, let's take the blinkers off. We have no one to score goals and you're taking the Mickey in a condescending way. It's ridiculous.
I can fully understand if we had Salah, Haaland and Mane playing for us. But we've got Ronaldo (37 and aging and disinterested), Martial (injured, disinterested and pathetic), Rashford (talks a lot but achieves nothing) . Wake up and smell the roses, our wonderful team will be fighting relegation very soon, so let's stop the arrogance, get the head out of the sand and actually be realistic.
