Eddie Howe is about where the club is at now. I can't see anything confirmed, but he would be a decent appointment.
Howe can get EPL results with a limited budget. Rather than kid ourselves with winning the league next season, it's better to bring someone with the goal of consistent champions league. This is our level, and will likely remain so given the debt.

Good coach - still young in football terms. Plays decent football, good epl experience. Won't set the place on fire like Conte would.

Twenty. Not such a bad idea. A banner showing how long it is since we won the league would be an embarrassment to the embarrassing owners.
