I read somewhere that Chelsea have signed 11 players in this window for over 410mil Euros. Don't know what to make of it.

So long as they keep turning over enough to balance the accounts, enough to suit current regulations each year, they will be able to continue.
Not sure that this recruitment system and constant horse trading will bring about the success they want on the field; however, they must always have unhappy and unsettled players around the squad, or youngsters getting a bit fed up with their opportunities.
Longer term, I think, it might work against them.

In thought quandary was signed last year, but either way I wouldn't want any of them unless we got Rogers at half that price.
