The players really need to get to the levels of the City and Arsenal games tonight, it needs big passion and work rate to win up there. They have to be at it right from the kick off.

Redcon, I think that's it. I'd like to see us come out of the gates a bit quicker tonight. But I won't be panicking if we don't, because we have been able to get the results needed in the second halves of games.
But yes, straight out of the blocks would be lovely.
