I think the squad has proven over the last two games that it's good enough, if firing on all 4 cylinders, and set up to take advantage of the players' good qualities rather than their weaknesses, to make it into the ECL. Plus, we have comparatively very few fixtures so there's no actual need to add to it.
unless a specific wanted player comes available, which is not going to happen. We are not flush with cash. We need to conserve it to give ourselves maximal room in the summer.

newnameoldideas, this squad has proved for over two years its not good enough. We have seen this multiple times, the players get up for the big games, then implode. New manager bounce, leaks about have wonderful everything is, then they implode. I'd advise to have cautious optimism. This squad had let us down waaaaaaaay too many times.

What if casemiro, mainoo, get injured?
Will shaw stay fit? we have some cover in other areas. And perhaps enough to cover shaw. But in midfield we are not deep at all. And ugarte, the only cover, has been poor.
