Anyone else slightly worried about RA getting us going again, he has been working withered players now a few months with little improvements, we are still very bad defensively from set pieces and giving up chances. I know we need players for his system but in reality we not buying 6 or 7 first team players in the sumner.

Im not concerned. Amad was a huge loss for RA as he was an outlet in a team that has been lacking since his tenure began.
He hasn't got a forward who can score 20 plus goals a season. How many times has Garnacho blasted the ball over the bar?
These players aren't set up for 343, but the club chose RA and are likely thinking long term, over short term. I'm treating this season as a "get to know the system" and see who does and doesn't fit.
Honestly when you compare our squad agaisn the top teams squad, Utd really only have Bruno, Amad and Yoro that are really worth talking about. We have some younger talented players such as Heaven, Amass and Obi coming through but Utd are sadly lacking.
This summer transfer is crucial, as is selling the likes of Sancho and Rashford.

I would say Heaven, when fit, in relation to CB positions is one of the first names on the team sheet, alongside Yoro.
I also think it is reasonably unjust to not mention sok. e of the other names, but of course you and others are welcome to opinions ?.

Mainoo needs to get his fitness back because it's obviously impacted his performances. We forget how brilliant he was last season.
Garnacho is another who can be a top player. We def need the attack defence and midfield strengthening and I really believe that with the addition of three top players we will see a massive uplift in performance.

Confidence is the big issue with this team, start scoring some goals and the team will improve all over the pitch.

I'd forgotten Mainoo, but he is very talented, and i believe he has suffered with second season syndrome after breaking through last season.
Injuries of course have hampered his progress this season, but I think going to the Euros at the end of last season didn't particularly help. Young players need to be managed correctly.

Course people should be concerned with Amo let's be honest nobody including Jim expected it to be this bad sack a failure and end up slipping even further down the league but he can turn it round a bit by winning the Europa that should meet his target which i'm sure would be the same as any other UTD manager Champions league. See how he gets on in the summer window and start of nxt season pretty sure if its still this bad mid to bottom end of the table Jim won't hang about making a change . can't be messing up another season he's had quite a lot of time now to get his ideas across hopefully see a huge improvement nxt season need to back him get a proper striker in sick of seeing Hoijlund and Zirkzee that alone will make a big difference that pair have the 1st touch of elephants.
