He played LB the odd time in his younger days for NI, including against Spain when we beat them 3-2. Had a stormer againt Torres who was considered one of the best in the world at the time. Had him in his pocket to the point were Torres was subbed with half an hour to go.
Mind you, that was about 60 years ago. Wouldn't fancy his chances, now ?.

If that is what the plan is then just go with a back 3. Alternatively, promote one of the youngsters (Amass) and give him a go. Surely this is what EtH is all about, youth progression!

We ended up progressing Rashford due to injury when he was a youngster so why not with left back.
