Glazer debt, that's how. Debt they tied to the US dollar for their own convenience, a currency undergoing serious fluctuations and adding to our problems.
And where did the record revenues come from?
Firing staff and charging more for tickets, of course.
That's where the club is at, punishing low wage workers and supporters, while billionaire owners see the cash flow upwards.
Oh, and the club is pushing ahead with the new stadium plan that will add another couple of billion to the debt. Definitely looks like they have the best interests of the club at heart.
