page is flooded with people who think highly of Amorim and many like myself who like him as a person but don't rate him at all as a manger. Based on our results he is the worst manager we have had in 40 years.
He is also not the first manager or the last one who has had to deal with toxicity and multiple other issues at the club, all before him have had the same things to deal with but could manage results and win trophies.
its simple, time for him to speak less and do his talking by how we play on the pitch and our results. What would really suck is to be out of things by a distance playing one game a week before Christmas. that will be a first for me and unforgivable.
I will be the first to say i was so so so wrong about him if we see a turn around but still believe he will get himself sacked and along the way fall out with more players.
He can't win in this league consistently and that's what you get when you hire someone with 4 years of managerial experience, No European pedigree and really an outlier.
Let's see where we are after 10 games and by Christmas.

LOL! The old 10 game wait. Sounds familiar.

Knives out already, expect this from the media, but fans just have no stomach for the fight anymore.
He is practically changing the whole team. A full reset.
So far this season we spent 190m and sold ZERO. Nothing at all. We need to get the rest of the old squad out and replaced with new players that are I for the fight and suit his system and then let's see where we are.
Amorim knows he wants a better keeper. He knows we need a better midfielder. He probably also knows that Bruno doesn't work in a 2 unless you have a one man wrecking machine playing next to him.
The team is playing better, yes we need to take some chances. Yes we need to improve our midfield and keeper.
2 games in and people are giving up already. Amorim is making the right moves and pushing the right players out. Kobbie is not going to go and will be playing. Yes he needs to drop Bruno or sub him more. He will get us back to top. Have some patience.

Yes i'm sure we all like him as a person, i don't think many have had a problem any of the managers post fergie as people, apart from maybe Ryan Giggs, he's done some questionable things in his life to say the least lol.
The thing i found odd about Amorim is last season, he didn't make us better than ETHs tenure at all, in fact we became considerably worse, i would have expected some improvement at least.
First two games season have been a slight improvement but nothing remarkable which is where my concern about his management comes in.

It’s 2 games in ??.
5.) 26 Aug 2025

It’s actually 30 games in and a preseason and 2 windows.

We have to remember that Amorim is still a relatively new manager, still learning the game and shaping his own style. If we expected the finished article to walk through the door, we need to be realistic. He’s developing, and with that comes mistakes, but our job as fans is to support him and the team through the ups and downs.
Somewhere along the way, we’ve lost that. The away fans are impeccable, giving everything for ninety minutes no matter what. But too many of us at home have become fair-weather supporters, and frankly, it’s embarrassing.
I watched Newcastle last night. Their club has been through the mill this summer, yet how did their fans respond? Full-throated backing from start to finish, it was impressive and intimidating for Liverpool.
Sir Alex thrived when it felt like United against the world, and the whole club, players and fans, believed in it. We need to find that spirit again. Because the success of this team will depend just as much on the backing from the stands as it will on the formations and tactics chosen in the dugout.

With you 100% Ahmed in that
He just lacks the experience required at this level.
His in game management is crap
His line ups appear to be very strange
Like ETH he seems to have a knack of upsetting players
But for me the sticking to one way and one way only is ridiculous when after 30 games over 200 million half a team bought in and it’s clearly not working.
The usual suspects on here keep crying out we need players with EPL experience why is it not the same for the manager, he needs EPL experience!
Win rate is 24% that’s relegation level, many clubs have changed managers it don’t take them 30 games to get a better win percentage than us.
We are just very poor and one more player is not going to cut it, atm all the players we bought would suit most managers, so for me just cut our loses now otherwise we just delay the inevitable.

Ahmad, just out of curiosity, which players has Amorim fallen out with already? Surely you can't be thinking of the crap that we have been trying to shift out for years?
9.) 26 Aug 2025
26 Aug 2025 14:49:52
Yes Grim but it’s hard to support someone who does not seem to learn, I’m sure if you been doing your job a year you would expect much improvement and you had been given even better tools to do it
He nearly been a year now, it’s not working 24% win rate is unacceptable his lack of experience is for the world to see, apart from red tint brigade!
He been shocking, from in game management to picking teams to being so stubborn he had enough games and players now….
He is honest he talks a good game but the lack of experience is there for all to see
Bully we look a bit better against Arsenal! That’s what we judging on.
The Portuguese league is poor he might get away with it there but he been found wanting in EPL.

2 games in and Spurs have two wins with a new manager. Fed up of this BS argument oh its 2 games in.
11.) 26 Aug 2025
26 Aug 2025 16:34:12
I'll judge him after this team has two quality midfielders and a decent goalkeeper.
12.) 26 Aug 2025
26 Aug 2025 16:44:44
German you honestly count last season with his one kid signing?
Let’s be realistic now, last season was a write off by all within the club
You have to judge him on this season, he’s had a few players in, some have left on a free but we are still struggling to get rid of some.
He’s had a pre season and have we looked worse than last season? I don’t think so.
Last season we would have lost that game against Fulham it wasn’t as bad as most are making out
Small margins another day we win the game.
Let’s judge him and the team more than 2 games in. lucky the club don’t have these type of knee jerk reactions to dropped points or it would be a new manager every other week
Pathetic by some it really is.
13.) 26 Aug 2025
26 Aug 2025 17:21:41
Bolger we did not lose that game against Fulham last year or the year before or before!
What other manager has had months and months of it don’t matter games…. Even a write off season we should never ever be finishing 15th that’s utter crap and you know it
Even ETH who I detest was doing better With wins than RA as was Ole, actually I think every manager in United history must have better win % than RA
Plus did he not get Dorgu and Heavan in so maybe your wrong again
Did he not change to this ridiculous system when he had no players to play it
Did Franks join spurs 2 games ago he not needed 30 games plus
The red specs is just unbelievable.

26 Aug 2025 18:18:31
I think you need a few days off this forum German.
Ranting constantly after two games is a worry and it might be better for you to take some time away from football if a second half of average football upsets you this much.
Remember we are creating more chances than any other team in this league after two games, we are just not converting them. That will be fixed quickly and things will start to look a lot better.
15.) 26 Aug 2025
26 Aug 2025 19:09:53
We need hin to upset players. We need rid of the ones he is upsetting. Grow a spine man.
16.) 26 Aug 2025
26 Aug 2025 19:28:45
United
Garna gone, rash gone, kobe looks like going if this continues. Hoiland went backwards under this guy and gone, kobe not sure wtf has happened but zero progress under this guy. who has actually progressed. Dalot player of the year two years ago gone to sh. t
Its how useless and toothless we are in terms of style of play, creating proper scoring chances especially when we need to raise our. His substitutions actually make us harder to watch is what gets under my skin. Yoro and shaw off in the 87th minute for two defenders in a game we should be pushing to win is gutless imo.
Keefy
If we are sitting on 10 to 13 points after 10 games, people might not find it that weird of a statement:)
17.) 26 Aug 2025
26 Aug 2025 19:43:45
Ahmad you haven't answered. Which players has he fallen out with?
18.) 26 Aug 2025
26 Aug 2025 19:49:59
United
Rash, Garna, Kobe.
19.) 26 Aug 2025
26 Aug 2025 20:25:15
Grim, you can’t fix stupid. Certainly not in “a few days”.
20.) 26 Aug 2025
26 Aug 2025 21:24:36
So the same players that ten hag had issues with?
Please don’t make out Amorim had fallen out with rasjford and Garnacho mate
And reports in the media must mean it’s true he’s fallen out with mainoo. imagine believing everything the media write ?
Both have had issues with there attitude for years and the club is miles better off without any of them
This site honesty and this fan base make me laugh we call for change and a culture change and as soon as a manager comes in that needs to reset the clubs mentality inc the fans gets stabbed at every knock back
I don't get where some get that we should be up the table fighting for major trophies and positions we are a mid table club that needs to reset from the ground up
That’s what they are trying.

Match going fans are still well behind the manager, it’s a long season, will be ups and down, but he does need to start winning asap.
