Great idea Ken.
Not sure if it would work but definitely better than the nonsense we have now. VAR saps the fun out of football. You can't celebrate a goal any more, totally detrimental in my opinion.
Also agree if players weren't cheating all the time probably wouldn't have been introduced in its current guise.

Everyone would agree he was gone after that presser. Shame, I quite liked the guy but didn't like his formation and don't think it got the best out of the squad he has, poor as it is. Seemed to be making progress on standards/culture.
When people talk about playing progress, we are definitely better than last year but I think we're only 2 good buys better (Mbeumo and Cunha) oh and keeper upgrade.
No clue what happens now but definitely not just the manager (coach? ) at fault here.

Don't agree that it's a stupid idea to play a system to suit the squad you have, surely that's what a manager should do whilst making the changes he deems necessary for his preferred system long term
That said agree with his views/comments on culture and mentality within the club.
It's definitely what's needed at OT more than anything, let's hope he's the man to deliver it.
