What was going through his thick brain when he did that? And considering the zero contribution he's made since his arrival, how can ETH persevere with him? I said previously that we could've bought many players who would've done a much better job, also, our youngsters deserve a chance ahead of this clown.
Red Man mentioned it at the time and was mocked by all, I think its time ETH admits he got it wrong and take Weghorst out of the team and squad and promote someone from our u23 team. Anything is better than this fraud of a player.

Eth comments were clear the stats are clear. We have scored more per game when he has played than when he has not.
Eth has said he is making a valuable contribution.
I'm not a big fan but the manager is and we have done very well with him in the team up until Sunday. We score more goals as a team when he plays. That's a fact but you want to ignore that. Thankfully we have a professional in charge.
We could not have bought anybody else at the time there was no money available.

Relax its only a game we just had a very day dat at the office. Some of the players thought they could easily one against one of thr best liverpool sides.

Sometimes put your hands up. and say we didn't do our jobs properly and move on! .

We all know that we're couple of players short of challenging and I am so happy this year in lterms of results and winning a cup.

Would you all be happy if he kissed the Liverpool badge before he went out? You should understand the significance of him touching the sign, for many years that was touted as special for Liverpool players and an intimidation of visitors.

I can take a desire to play for Liverpool, doing the equivalent of kissing the badge is not acceptable.

We had no money to spend thanks to the Glazers so he had to get a body in and he choose him. Everyone knows he ain’t the greatest and probably will not be here beyond the summer but at least he tries and puts in a shift unlike some others I could mention.

Interesting posts, but if I sign for United and I support Liverpool, then I don't go touching the Welcome to Anfield sign before going out to play such an important game. Keane would have decked him and rightly so. But it seems that it doesn't matter to a lot of posters, it should as the player in question should've been concentrating on beating Liverpool, not doing a museum tour of Anfield.

You keep insulting posters for holding a different opinion, why not give it a rest. It’s a banter site, different opinions are allowed. It almost seems like some want the site to run like a dressing room with no dissent and just unbridled positivity.

I nearly left after Ken’s personal insults, now it seems AAA is leaving after 10 years because of them. AAA is a long standing poster, formerly No Midfield, who I have found mature and thoughtful over the years. I hope he changes his mind. I don’t want personal insults for expressing an opinion, nor should anyone expect it.

The Ed’s and site perhaps need to reflect on what they want as banter on here, what type of posters their advertisers want to appeal to, how the site is viewed by posters. At the moment it seems we are allowed one opinion that matches Ken or get insulted, if it is the direction then it has become a lesser site.

Put the handbags away. Everyone gives a takes a bit of stick every now again rightly or wrongly. AAA it was only a couple of weeks ago you and United Addict tried to paint me in a negative light by saying I wouldn't have the same view on Fred if he was a local lad. I wasn't happy about that but I'm not going to stop posting.

I do find Kens stance of "The manager knows best so no point having an opinion" is incredibly counter intuitive to creating a forum of discussion but he also adds a lot to the conversation in my opinion. Again he can post what he wants and the eds decide if it goes up.

In terms of what he said here, in my view it's probably the tamest thing he'll say all season, but if you were upset by it no one can deny how you feel.

After a horrendous result, there's enough people looking to drive division and reveal cracks in the team. I genuinely don't think Weghorst touching a sign is a big deal at all. It's not great and I'm sure he won't do it again but we shouldn't be going after him for this.

Even though we don't agree on everything AAA you shouldn't stop posting mate. Everyone contributes to the site and that's the charm and why we keep coming back.

It's been a tough few days but we'll look back on this season in a positive light I'm sure.
