That's what good managers do. They have to speak to the press, they are obligated.

Last thing you want to do after a bad defeat is to either knock your players confidence by publicly slating them, or bring more pressure on himself.

What they say and think privately though will be a very different matter.

Whatever shappy. So ETH saying he could have subbed all eleven at halftime against brentford was out of line. ETH Should have backed the players and blamed the pitch, the ref, Brentford's locker rooms and quailty of drinking water, Their height etc etc because that pretty much klop's world

Klop is basically saying Dalot tackling was intended to harm his players.

He's doing the right thing publicly. The wrong thing is the Mourinho approach of calling them out. It's a downward spiral from there. I'm sure behind closed door though it will be another matter. I think we'd all expect that in our line of work, to be defended by our manager in front of everyone then stayed in the office the next day.

Even though they are our noisy neighbors, I can't help to like guardiola and respect him. He is honest enough to admit when the other side played better and sometimes will even admit they were lucky to win the game and they played poorly. Klop is full of sh. t most of the time. can't stand him.
