Wonder what plan C is if we don't get Gyokeres or Delap, who definitely looks Chelsea-bound to me. I'd go Mateta, even though he'd be the most expensive. I like Mbeumo but he doesn't seem central enough to be the main man and can't see us getting another no.10.

Is zirkzee honestly a good player? Or have our standards dropped that much we expect him to be one?

Fellaini used to have good hold up play but could also score. If he played for any other of the big clubs i'd argue most on here would be saying how poor he is! If we can get our money back i'd cash in now than take a loss next summer.

Zirkzee has looked decent at points. I don’t think he’s good enough to start, but is a decent squad player for next season. The alternative is selling him for a loss, and not getting enough funds for a replacement.

Zirkee got great touch and control, but that’s it and not suited to the EPL hopefully we can cash in, but might have trouble offloading him.

Ourstandards seem to get lower by the day, seen people saying Ugarte class and Deligt quality, that’s how far we fallen, someone even said Martinez world class… my sides are still hurting.
