He comes across as totally blinkered. His style of play leaves zero room for error. Misplace a pass, or fail to make the pressing tackle, and the other team is in on goal. It can be brilliant to watch when it works, but every other side knows what Spurs are going to do, and can exploit it.

A complete lack of pragmatism, and throws his players under the bus when things go wrong. He won’t last the season. Celtic was the perfect place for him. They’re so far ahead in Scotland that his style dominated.
