Excuse my lack of knowledge around FFP, but if the club sale goes through and the debt is cleared does that effect our FFP situation or is it down to wages we are currently paying players and our club income.

Debt and dividends both count towards FFP rules and if the Club could actually sell some players and didn’t constantly reward mediocrity with outrageously high salaries then maybe the Club could stop with all the excuses.

FFP might not go away but with competent owners and less debt it shouldn’t be prohibitive for a Club that generates so much revenue.

FFP will still be an issue if we keep spending 80 million on fees and 250k a week plus on dross.

Would be less of an issue without the whopping debt, its the main problem. Ffp would still have to be managed but not as it is now with £750m plus debt strangling the club.
