Just read eth cancelled day off and are in for a training session. Also read making them run 8.5 miles, which was the difference of how much brentford ran more than us as a team.

If true that speaks volumes, a team losing 4-nil after 35 minutes still lazy **** . rs that can’t be arsed to put in a shift.

Can’t remember the last time i saw sancho or rashford helping out our fullbacks defending. If someone wants to argue watch salah and diaz for liverpool next week.

I wouldn't be surprised if this is true. Maybe the 8.5 miles of work - rather than old fashioned running around a field?

Makes sense to me to try and shake the squad into a reaction.

It is still treating them as a squad together, which I imagine he would want to avoid singling out any individuals at this stage.

Cannot simply accept 2 performances like we have seen. With liverpool not until Monday the squad have a full week to address issues.

Take the 4 goals away from yesterday's performance and we still did not create anything like enough chances, lacked coherent combinations and looked panicked in defense.

I wonder if in the modern game there is anything that resembles a ‘beasting’? I reckon if you gave a military style beasting to any of our lot they’d all start crying and be on the phone to their agents! It’s what they are short of if you ask me. Instagram is full of these poncy photos of players in gyms etc, what they need is a good old fashioned ragging on a big hill. British army have been getting people fit for years doing it and it never did us any harm.
