8 and sometimes 9 out of the 11 are the same players that were playing the 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 last season and season prior to that.
Do people have short term memories here? I can understand the frustration with the results and i am as frustrated as everyone here but how people want him sacked because of the formation is beyond me. Atleast he has the balls to stick to his preferred system/ formation unlike several on here who flip every 6 months wanting the manager sacked. Just get the manager sacked for a couple of good results and then rinse repeat after 6 months. Suffer now to have a future or keep repeating the cycle.

We have replaced the forwards but are still struggling to score, not sure I can understand why that is happening.
Cunha is doing his best Garnacho impressions and not passing, Mbeumo has been brilliant, Sesko is he best running at goal, knocking in crosses, how should we be playing to get the best out of him.
I think we can all agree UA that Bruno in the pivot doesn’t work, he needs to play up front where he can be most effective.

The season before that… we won the FA cup. We’ve just been knocked out the carabou at the first hurdle.
It’s not the formation or system. It’s his total inability to get this team to be competitive. I’m not talking competitive in a title race, I’m talking competitive in a match.

The way some people post on here, you’d think fans were being “toxic” just for not wanting to keep our worst manager since Ferguson — as if we actually enjoy watching us get beat week after week.
It’s laughable. Wanting standards, demanding improvement, and calling things as they are isn’t toxic — it’s what supporters should do.
Some fans don’t have the stomach to call a spoon a spoon — and honestly, it’s time someone did.
Amorim has had nearly 12 months now with this squad, and still there’s no clear improvement in players. The talk is always about some mystical “system, ” but 3-4-2-1 is just a formation — not a style. What is our system? What is our identity? Because in every match I watch, players seem unsure of what to do in many phases — that’s down to coaching and structure, not just “execution. ”
I reject the “he doesn’t have the right players” line. These are all Premier League players, many with high-level experience. After a year under his methods, they should be better, more flexible, more tactically aware. If not, that points squarely at coaching.
And while people love to quote “the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results” when it comes to sacking managers, has anyone stopped to consider that it applies just as much to Amorim? He keeps persisting with the same approach, the same “system, ” and the same patterns of failure — expecting it to suddenly click. At what point do we admit that the method itself might be the problem?

The can lead horses to water Kurtis.
Some of these players are genuinely incapable of player ANY system. They have proven this time and time again for several managers.
It baffles me that people do not see this and continue to throw countless . managers under the bus.

why are these so called useless players seem to excel/ do very well when they leave the place and no one calls them the names we do. the manager is poor mate, you cannot defend a guy who has amassed 1 point a game from 34 league games. ridiculous stuff. he is just a bad hire and a poor manager.
I posted earlier we can sell 10 more and buy 10 more under this guy and we will achieve nothing. No decent manager does not adapt. This guy just does not know how to adapt or what to do when his system is not working. Its always the other managers making the right moves.

Great post Kurtis. We are all exhausted with the revolving door of Managers, but RA's record is shocking, farv far worse than any of us could have imagined. I
It's all a bit odd. We have McT becoming player of the year in Italy, Hojlund now scoring, Antony doing really well in Spain, and even Rashford looks like he has woken up. There is clearly something deeply wrong at United, I'm lost trying to figure out what it is.

The man picks Maguire and Shaw instead of Yoro and Heaven, the man then makes defensive substitutions when we are losing. The man is incompetent and if he stays, we will never improve. Every player that has left is doing much better, so it is safe to assume, Amorim is the destroyer of talent. He needs to be pushed out.
