It will be interesting to see how Liverpool's pursuit of Isak impacts our pursuit of Sesko.
If Isak manages to force the move, Newcastle will be desperate to save face by beating us to Sesko's signing and will likely throw money at both him and Leipzig to make it happen. If Newcastle stand firm and refuse to sell, I wonder if Liverpool might end up turning their attention to Sesko. Having just sold Diaz and with the tragic passing of Jota, they're in desperate need of a striker, and aside from Isak, Sesko just might be the best one available.
We might still be a more attractive proposition than Newcastle, but I don't think there's a chance in hell that Sesko chooses us over Liverpool, so I think we should move fast. Sadly, we're not really known for our speedy transfer dealings!

I think the sesko deal whichever way he goes will be the start of a transfer merry go round for strikers redseven
If we get sesko then Newcastle will probably pivot to Watkins and wissa and isak will move to Liverpool is sesko goes to Newcastle Watkins likely comes to us with sesko and wissa going to Newcastle munix from Fulhams future most likely will be affected by these moves aswell it's interesting times in the striker market.

Welp. Slovenian press now reporting that Sesko prefers a move to Newcastle. Looks like we’re probably going to get our pants pulled down for Watkins then.
I think I’d rather we just offer Wilson a one year deal and spend any money we have available on a CDM and a keeper instead.
