Forget city, chelsea seem very very dodgy to me.

They have a billion attackers, and I presume the signing of 8year plus contracts allows them to stay within PSR?

Obviously they've earned a lot this year from Europe and club world cup but this is beyond a joke.

They've signed Pedro, gittens, delap. They now want Yildiz and Simons.

Add in neto, Felix, Jackson, estevao, nkunku.

Not any more with the 8 year contracts. They found a loophole that has been closed. They are genius at making money available. i'm sure I've read they sold the women's team, a hotel and a couple of carparks to themselves and made good money.

Will be interesting to see how they do now they manage their finances in the next few years as they have used up their get out of jail cards.

I think they changed PSR to allow only 5 years of the players contract to be included.
