Fuser, I wouldn't say that. He's perfectly fine technically, I think the issue at PSG is that he isn't a great stylistic fit for Enrique.

He's a tenacious, combative, ball winner. His pass success rate is over 90%, but you could say that is because his choice of pass is fairly safe. He isn't an expansive playmaker.

Which I think is the real issue at PSG. Enrique prefers to have a playmaking No.6 at the base of his midfield. Also given PSG's dominance and lack of real competition in Ligue 1, you could argue a player of Ugarte's profile isn't particularly needed that often. He's probably more useful to PSG in the UCL than domestically.
