Okay, looks like we are going to get Onana over the line, a lot of news on a midfielder (Arambat mentioned a lot) and the obvious CF requirement. Much of our buying power is reported limited by FFP, there is real need to sell players now and get our squad and wages on a workable level. Then you have the entire sale of the club. Hopefully a sale soon, players and wages reduced to allow a sensible re build with proper management.

The FFP is a slight smokescreen. While the club does have to comply with FFP so does every other club. The rules as they are currently set favour a club such as ours with a big income.

The real issue is the lack of available funds. We don't have a lot of cash in the bank. Meaning deals have to be agreed with a minimal initial outlay. And the structure of payments will be key so as to not trip ourselves up down the line.

I’m bit surprised club has not been aggressive enough to get players off the books if there are FFP issues. Telles, VDB and Bailly should have been sold. Brandon Williams is still on the books.
