Gaurdian reporting PSG bids 47m for di maria. Sould we sell him now? Honestly I think he will come good for us.

If they offer £60m for him United should think about it, otherwise stick with him for another season. If he doesn't come good then they can sell him the next season. With his quality he will fetch in 45m even then and of course we have the likes of PSG always ready to spend the money.

I think it will come down to 2 things 1) does the player want to be here? 2) does LvG trust him to take on board instructions and play to the game plan?

The big kid in me (no jokes please) would like to see him given a chance and prove everyone wrong but the adult in me thinks if the answer to either Q is no - he may well be gone.

I think it would be a bad move selling him now we've got players in now who fit the system that will only benefit ADM were built for counter attack which is what Man Utd do best we've got power and pace right through the full team the problem with ADM last year was he was expected to track back and win the ball and was getting caught out but now we've got ball winners everywhere so him and depay cam concentrate on attacking teams

Certainly don't think we should take a loss on him and doubt we will if psg offer what we paid I think we would look at it but only if there was a chance of getting Bale.

ADM will be off, we've been linked to a number of right wingers. LVG wants possession based football with Goal scoring wingers, ADM isn't a goal scoring winger.

I tell you this, Di Maria will be sold if we get up to close the amount we paid for him last season.

Come to think of it,if we can get him off our wage bill,then we can go all out for Gareth Bale and,or Edinson Cavani who I think are very much part of our targets this season.

Having said this,I will be more than glad if Di Maria could be given chance to prove himself here now that we have a better midfield in place.
