I am aware of the format to conclude current season's champions league and europa league. Assuming the current situation continues into next season i. e., clubs restricted to travel outside the country without quarantining themselves later on, how are UEFA going to organize next season's champions league? Do they have plan for this?

{Ed002's Note - Unless there is a significant increase in affected areas exemptions to any residual quarantine issues will be made. For countries where there is no quarantine free access or egress, such as Israel right now, there will need to be agreements reached with individual FAs that require ratification by Governments. But it is all rather suck it and see and depends on what happens with the pandemic.}
