For all the stick that Ole gets - some a bit unfair, he is going to leave the club in a much better state than the ones before him. Whoever takes over will have a better squad to work with.

The recruitment has been spot on so far except for the Ighalo one (might still work out) and slowly a lot of gaps are being filled in the squad. Still need more quality at CB, CM, RW and ST but it's a work in progress. We have slowly been moving on players that are not needed and still trying to move some who are on huge wages. All in all seem to be moving forward in the right direction in terms of players.

OGS may not be a great manager. Having a poorly run club will not help him either.

And yet he offered an extension to Phil Jones. Baffling.

Mad Hatter, exactly. Unfortunately that's the reality. At least the squad is getting better as more signings are being made along with some young talents emerging from the academy. Just need a few more quality additions and we would have a great squad on our hands.

The transfers ole has made have been good? Is that the 80mil spent on a 35mil cb or 50mil spent on Fred?

For me, every signing ole has made has been totally random. They don't seem to fit together at all and they're paying well over value. I quite like fernandes, but why on earth wait until January to sign him? Utd need a striker. They go for some Watford reject who most people barely know. It's tragic. Just because ole was a decent player who scored some big goals, it doesn't mean the fans should blindly stick by him. He's there to manage your team and he's doing an awful job. Yes utd need to stick by a manager. Ole just isn't the one to stick with. Jose had won European trophy and a league Cup in his first year or two. What has ole done? Taken Manchester United backwards. 100% fact. I can guarantee you that your rivals are really hoping you do stick with ole!

Solskjaer wasn't the manager when we bought Fred it was Mourinho.

I wouldn't criticise Ole for any of the signings but we have very little flair players in this squad it's all very predictable with nothing out of the ordinary.

Pointless sacking him now there's no goals in the team it will be hard for any manager. Ighalo wasn't a Watford reject he went for a good price and also for big wages.

He’s scored more league goals in a single season than any player in the United squad.

{Ed047's Note - because he went to China who were paying inflated fees and ridiculous wages so that has zero bearing on how good he is/was.
