It's obvious that Ruben Amorim is a competent coach, could be a great coach.

But he oozes charisma. I've watched his press conferences, the way he interacts, not only with his players but with people and it gives me great hope.

As you know from my posts, I stood behind ETH because I also believe that he is an extremely competent coach, you don't get to this level at 2 massive clubs if you are not.

But United is just a different beast and ETH unfortunately did not have the ability to communicate or the charisma that you need to succeed here.

Maybe Amorim is the man, maybe he ain't but I really like what I know of him and have seen so far.

I think it's a shrewd appointment for the club, probably the only one they could make. An extremely progressive forward thinking and young manager.

I can not wait for this international break to be over and see the team take the field against Ipswich.
