Hopefully, the surgery is happening now, but don't expect drastic improvements.

YoY improvement should be the benchmark now. Win a trophy should be the minimum requirement for MU, in my opinion.

We're supporting EtH, as the changes happen, we will each time get slightly more improvement. He will get his extension, and I personally think it will be the start of a uptick as a whole on the clubs part.

They have stopped the rot if binning off managers unnecessarily, now to go to the next stage.

Agreed, even if ETH doesn't work out (tbh I think he will under better and more professional direction) the precedent is set that if players or results are mediocre, it's not just the manager under scrutiny anymore. i'm all for it.

Very hard for a person to accept that he/ she is crap at their job! If that person just happens to be the boss then who gets canned first? Not the boss.
