We simply don't have the players.

10 years of awful recruitment and we are now in a situation where we have 7 or 8 players most fans would keep. A few of those will be kids like Garnacho, Mainoo and even Højlund whose only 20.

We need to bring in 15 or so new players who have the mentality, technical skills, physical attributes and of the required quality to play for a side looking to challenge for titles.

The managers change but the performances don't. It really doesn't matter who manages these players no one will come in and turn a sows ear into a silk purse.

Time to accept it. Clear them out, drop down to mid-table for a couple of years as we rebuild. Until we do that we will be stuck in this cycle of mediocrity. Sack a manager, sign a few more players, make no real improvement, sack the manager and start again.

It's a shame the managers don't hold any commercial value or power which makes the task of clearing house impossible.

I've said it before I'll say it again, the toxic players hold too much commercial value for the club to clear them out. Whilst the shirts sell the managers will be the ones paying the consequences for poor performances.

As much as I was against Radcliffe, right now I would take any change that could result in a change of culture. Albeit its unlikely will change as the Glazers will be breathing down anyone's necks for their annual Dividend.

No manager at UTD has ever been hung out to dry by the Glazers they bar Mourinho were all shocking and deserved the sack much sooner same as ETH lucky bag managers no big club would touch any of them notice you had zero competition for TH a reason for that.
