Thoughts with Dennis Law and his family, just been released that he has been diagnosed with a form of dementia. devastating news for those close to him, and as someone who has seen loved ones with this disease I know how heartbreaking it can be. hopefully they can all get the support they need ❤️🙏.

Absolutely devastating. I have unfortunately seen this sickness up close and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. My thoughts and best wishes are with him and especially his family.

{Ed014's Note - lost my father in law to it last November the day after his 80th bless him. A truly horrible illness!

Horrible sickness indeed, watched my grandad who was always a rock wither into away becoming a helpless shell. A moment I dreaded my entire life, learning he passed, came as a relief when it eventually happened. Hope Shearer gets somewhere with his initiatives so footballers get better care in this regards, same in other sports, combat ones in particular.
