If Jose becomes manager who from our current squad do you think will make it into the first team? Who will he look to get rid of? And who will he buy to strengthen the first team?

Think it would take him more than one window but De Gea, Shaw, Schneiderlin and Martial. Maybe Darmian, Blind and Memphis.

Youri Tielemans young wounderkid also good signing don't think any of our youth players wil get a look in tho they didn't at chelsea.

Very good question.

I think interestingly Valdes would be given a chance as back up. Marcos Rojo isn't his type of player, too flaky for a defender. Mata is a different player to what he was at Chelsea so I wouldn't guarantee his departure. However, he would be second choice to Rooney who certainly is not a Mourinho type striker. Fellaini has no ability and would leave. Valencia similarly would have no use as he is a poor defender and poor winger. Young wouldn't have much time either so would go.

I think De Gea, Darmian, Smalling, Shaw, Schneiderin, Martial and Rooney would be the basis of his team.

He would look to bring in a new centre half (Varane or Stones), a creative central midfielder but could well use Ander Herrera if he didn't get someone like Kroos. A goal scoring right winger that is also hardworking like Willian; maybe a Reus, maybe Griezmann could play here. Lastly, a top player to lead the line who can hold the ball up. Ibra would be a 'cheap' option in terms of the fee, Icardi is believed to be liked as is Morata and Cavani. They're all very similar.

Well Feghouli, Ibrahimovic and van der Wiel are all available on a free. Would leave the majority of the budget to spend on a couple of CB's and a CM.

Feghouli would be a very good squad option, the sort of squad player we are missing. Ibra is a must if he is available, even for a season. Van der Wiel is a good right back too and would be solid competition for Darmian who can also cover the left back spot. Realistically, Varela probably won't ever become first choice and will likely move on.

Out: Carrick (end of contract), Mata, Valencia, Fellaini, Rojo and I think we could see Rooney moved on. I Jose will want a clean slate. Smalling could be shipped out, Jose is no idiot and will understand far better than most why we played two holders and kept the FB close to the CB's

In: Stones/ Varne, another CB, Sanches (Portuguese one), Quincey Promes for RW maybe. I wouldn't at all be surprised if he went for Dele Alli and Barkley.

He wanted a youthful spine for Chelsea but wasn't backed ( he wanted Stones, Pogba and Griezmann according to the rags) . I think he'll try and do the same if he gets the job.

Sorry but there is no way Valdes will get anything other than shown the exit door . Not a Jose fan at all . Do you not remember the Inter Barcelona game when they almost ended up scrapping 😆😆.

No7, you seem to have all the answers don't you!
You speak with such authority too. I just wondered, how well do you actually know Jose Mourinho, are you two close?
