Kevin Strootman was another that was rumored for a while. Moderic too, we had a 0hase of desperately seeking ANYONE who could improve our midfield! Seems we have come full circle.

Feels like M-Savic has been rumored for a few windows now by Ed2. He seems to be on the clubs radar at least. He's an interesting player, bit of everything, strong, can see a pass, heading, scoring, seems one of these players who runs for days (pops up all over the pitch) .
A more disciplined passing DCM plus him could help to sort us out a little I think. Doubt that would be possible without UCL though. So hopefully ETH and Ralf have a few hidden gems up their sleeves.

Cannot but help feel that SMS is a real marquee player, ready to walk into pretty much any team in Europe. I don't think personally we'll be getting any of these types of player in the coming window. Maybe the season after, assuming EtH has a successful-is season of at least restoring CL.
