Chelsea paying £5m to send Sancho back. FREEDOM.

Love to know what terms he wanted for them to not agree
And where he thinks he will get those terms
Another masterclass from Woodward and co giving players big contracts.

Still, that's almost a third of his salary covered.
But hey, now we might get to see Poundland Lingard in red again. ?.

Welcome to Utd Jadon ?????.

Sad thing is he is probably too self absorbed to realise this is a real wake up call for him. could be playing CL next season, settle down live in London etc etc . but no he will go on beleiving his own hype. Chelsea fans won't miss him if he listens to the phone ins but again he just doesn't get it.

He was never a 70m player. He’s yet another 20/ 30m player we massively overpaid for. As far as he is concerned he’s done brilliantly earning what he has. Who would want to go back to their true value. Hopefully he’ll be nowhere near the squad, poison.

Imagine the shame of being the first player in history that a club has paid a transfer fee NOT to sign you.
He's that crap that Chelsea see more value for money in literally burning £5m.
If that was me I'd retire out of shame.

Unfortunately I think that unless someone meets his crazy wage demands, he will sit tight for one more year then he will think he will get a big pay day somewhere, which I don’t think will happen.
Apparently we still owe Dortmund £17million, think they would take him for free?

Chelsea have been linked to Garnacho job in January and now, if there is real interest then they really don't need Samcho as well. Might be that this opens up for them to make a move on him.

We'll have to loan him out again or just take our losses. What a narcissistic pathetic excuse of a human being he is, worst signing in our history! The Sancho signing sums up the Glazer/ Woodward era.
04 Jun 2025 06:46:38
Shappy that’s a massive 180, considering you used to say how good he is and would transform United!

German, he was highly rated and ripping it up in Germany when we signed him. Only Messi had more goals and assists across the previous two seasons when he signed for us.
He was highly rated by just about everyone in world football at the time.
To be honest I think of a single player who was as highly rated who has flopped as badly as Sancho. Maybe Adriano.
Sancho has literally gone from the hottest prospect in world football to a player Chelsea have agreed to pay 5m to avoid signing him.
{Ed001's Note - are you for real? He was never the hottest prospect, I told you all before you signed him how bad he was. He couldn't even hold down a first team place at Dortmund.}
05 Jun 2025 06:12:35
Shappy your believing your own hype…highly rated by you, you mean…. don’t even mention him in same sentence as Messi
He had huge problems at Dortmund with his attitude, and tearing it up is a bit of a stretch even by your standards!

Sancho age 18 in the 18/ 19 season got 13 goals and 20 assists in 43 games.
Age 19 in the 19/ 20 season he managed 20 goals and 20 assists in 44 games.
Age 20 in the 20/ 21 season he managed 16 goals and 20 assists in 38 games.
He was first choice starting over two thirds of all those games in each season despite Dortmund still having Marco Reus, Shinji Kagawa, Mario Gozte, Julian Brandt, Thorgan Hazard, and Gio Reyna all competing with him for a starting spot during that time while he was a teenager for the majority of that time.
49 goals, and 60 assists in three seasons before his 21st birthday. Only Messi managed more goals and assists over the same time period. While if you compare Messi's numbers for the seasons when he was 18, 19, and 20 and Sancho far exceeds him at that age.
Sancho's numbers and performances were genuinely world class at that time, and he was considered one of the young players who would/ could be challenging for Balon d'Ors in the same way Messi and Ronaldo challenged for them.
To go from that level of performances and production to what Sancho is now is the biggest fall from grace I can ever remember in football.
{Ed001's Note - you are deluded. Pointless talking to someone who clearly hadn't watched him play.}
