Rumour has it that Amorim told Garnacho in front of the other players to find a new team. If Antony can thrive in Spain then I can imagine Garnacho quite possibly developing into a mega star there or elsewhere in Europe.

If he has in front of the team it's not something I approve of. By all means if RA wants to show who is in charge do so but you don't descend to Garnachos level but do it face to face in private. Humiliating anybody is not the way to go.
Beyond that unless RA is being really pushed to sell who will he bring in who is better for a lot less than Utd is likely to receive for the sale of Garnacho?
Garnacho is still young. Obviously has a strong desire to succeed and ran his socks off during the last part of season. Even in the Europe League Cup final it was his introduction in the last twenty minutes that saw a more threatening Utd.
I can see him flourishing in a much better team and he will be another who we will regret letting go.

Another poor decision from RA if true. You don’t do that to somebody. What are the other players going to think? Hardly going to want anybody to fight for RA going forward and he can’t replace everyone.
Also openly announces to the world he is desperate to get rid of AG. Which will dramatically reduce the price we can get for him.
And with not much of a transfer budget this summer, it’s just another position we will have to replace.

Oh seriously, what’s this selective hearing on what part of the press you believe or maybe just looking for another stick to beat RA with….
He certainly won’t become no megastar anywhere but his own head.

Lucky for you guys that you weren't born during the Fergie era else you would have burned the man alive for kicking Beckham in the head in front of the team. Garnacho has a lot of talent but the attitude that will put Sancho to shame. Just because you guys don't approve of Amorim doesn't mean you want the worst for the club. Garnacho just needs to go.

I have been Garnacho’s biggest advocate on here. I think the lad has talent, pace and a high ceiling of what he can become.
I wouldn’t have sold him, until…. Before the final there was a leak about Yoro playing and frankly it sounded like AG had thrown his toys out of the pram. If they sell him then fine. this is a team game, all in it together. AG may not be.

This sort of rumour is always divisive.
Ultimately we don't know if it's true or not, and if it is the context of the situation.
Maybe Garnacho was mouthing off and kicking up a stink, and Amorim laid down the law and told him if he doesn't like it then clear off.
If it happened something like that would it change your opinion of the situation?
The way I see it is that Garnacho seems pretty petulant and immature. He has made numerous questionable social media posts over the past couple of years, he's got into arguments with fans, while there are rumours that he was the source of several dressing room leaks and has had issues with several players behind the scenes. While I can't verify the accuracy of many of these rumors, there's rarely smoke without a fire. The sheer number of rumours would also indicate a certain amount of substance to them.
He is a talented young player, but his attitude keeps being brought into question. If we are to clear out the rot then we cannot ignore a young player with a poor attitude regardless his level of talent or potential.

If he did, then good on him!

First off it's a different generation to when Fergie was in his pomp and kids nowadays need to be treated differently.
The art of man management is getting the best out of your players and calling them out in front of their peers may work for some and not for others. Garnacho is still a youngster. He has a typically Latin American fiery temperament and that should be taken into account.
I don't condone his behaviour but I do understand it. If possible my choice would be to channel that ambition and desire into a productive end product that benefits him and the team.

You make me laugh, you all want Rashford gone because his attitude along with laziness and say he is common link with bad attitude in dressing room, but because RA wants rid of Garnacho because does not want that bad attitude in the dressing room to fester, but it’s ok…. If we are keeping crap attitudes might as well keep Rashford, least he knows where the net is and scores more goals
than Garnacho
Garnacho always been an arsenal, was it 2 seasons ago that Bruno even had to have words with him, and more recently Cass given him a roasting on more than one occasion.
Someone on here said Garnacho will go onto be a Megastar, that’s ridiculous the kid will always do OK and be little above average, that’s all, decent player but no superstar and 100& never Mega….
We either want to build a team and have a team squad and team dressing room or we don’t, these kids are being treated like something they are not, Mainoo if rumours are correct about his demands is another one, done nothing in the game, get your head down and work harder than everyone else on the training pitch, keep mouth shut and learn from real superstars and then you may be a great player, but whatever the riches will follow…. But in 2025 it seems even 17 year olds think the world owes them something…, .
Let’s build a team.

Garnacho, a good talent but remember people talked about the circus with Pogba.
His brother has been caught out leaking the team, tweeting criticism of players on a personal level. Complaints about being on the right rather than the left.
It feels to me that he’s not got the right people around him and has an ego which is inflated as a result. No one is bigger than the club, doesn’t matter if it’s David beckham or Pete the plumber as Fergie said.

I like a good rumour as much as the next guy. But you can't be going taking one and running with it just to suit your opinion, lads.
Can't believe I'm agreeing with German! ?.
