Seems we are keen on dorgu but doesn't look like we have the funds to pay what they want. Maybe we could look for a loan with obligation and send them malacia or amass until the summer?

I’m sure we have the funds but don’t want to be held to ransom, think they would be holding out for their record transfer fee if anyone else came calling? We are right to negotiate and get him for the correct price rather than overspend again and again.

We've lost 300 million in 3 years, don't think we have any money that we can spend without getting some sort of psr/ ffp penalty.
I get what your saying about overpaying, we do need to be smarter with the spending.

according to 1 report we offered 16.8 plus 4 in addons . huge jump then to 33 million - apparently we are stuck at 25 now and won't go higher.
