Hi Ed. I know there will be much chatter about ten Hag etc.
Without fuelling the fire, and recognising you said he should have been replaced in the summer, who would you give the role to if you were charge?
{Ed002's Note - Thomas Tuchel - would be my first choice but I still don't think he is interested.}

Thanks for answer Ed002.
Heard rumours that Tuchel turned us down in the Summer because he wanted more control over decision making, akin to a more old-fashioned manager- and new management structure at United want more of a Head Coach type manager instead?
If so, could they perhaps go back to him with a compromise proposal to get him on board?
Otherwise, perhaps RVNistelrooy as interim as options seem rather limited?
Thanks as always for any input you can give!
{Ed002's Note - I am aware of a discussion with Jim Ratcliffe and another but I don't know of any details of an offer - but I am aware he rejected it.}

Thank you for the swift reply Ed002!
Fingers crossed he will reconsider (and please let it not be Southgate - surely his managerial record speaks volumes)

Hi Ed, would we consider Ruben Anorim?
If i'm not mistaken we had considered him before. I think he would do well.
{Ed002's Note - I don’t think there is any chance now.}

Thanks Ed. Fingers crossed Tuchel changes his mind!

Hey Ed002
I like Tuchel too as a human and coach. But he strikes me as one who would want total control over tactical approach.
This seems contrary to all the talk of a “Game Model” from academy to first team.
Would Tuchel be willing to work to someone else’s plan? Or is not as a simple as that, appreciating each game will require a modified approach.
{Ed002's Note - Tuchel, like the very high end coaches, has his vision and that is what he will want to be measured delivering against.}
