Editor 002 has there been any progress on this revolutionary across European league that was mooted previously?
Is it still an option and if so does could potential Brexit implications limit or exclude British sides from participation?

Yes shall have a look. Good to hear the idea is still being discussed. Hopefully it completely ruptures the entire Uefa set up.
