Not sure what his role was anyway so I doubt it’ll matter. Football is completely different to other sports and business. We need more football people in important positions so I see this as a positive move that he’s going.

INEOS bring their guys in on a temporary basis to assess the club and start making changes, while they look to hire the right people. Then once they have they step back.
Berrada as CEO was such a coup as he is knowledgeable on football and not just finance. While Wilcox and Vivell also add real quality in football strategy and recruitment.
What does Brailsford actually add from a football point of view?

Management consultants are not always experts in the field being looked at but are usually experts in process performance. They know how to review a process. I think someone on here mentioned they were a six sigma black belt and that is only one type, but it is the expertise companies look to.

I think we had this discussion back when he first arrived, and even then it was that he was coming it to put pieces in place amd then return to being in charge of all Ineos sporting portfolio.
