There comes a time when all the "l agree" from Ruben will need to change. Accepting we are bad, accepting lack of effort, constant mistakes at the back etc. As the manager you are never going to get everything you want when it comes to players in or out, but there are some things you should be doing as manager, attitude and culture on the pitch is definitely one. While l understand he is looking for the right players for his system the only way to change attitude and culture is through the manager. I still see the same old lazy place, lack of intensity. If a player isn't working, drop him send the message play the kids, set standards, that is part of being the manager. I just don't want to hear the same answers next season, if he doesn't get 7 -8 new players because that won't happen, he might get 3 or 4 in depending on the Europa result. Worrying times ahead this is such a huge summer for the club.

Has he not done that though with Rashford? Did ETH not do this with Sancho? People cry about a manager being tough and changing the culture and attitude of the team and players but when a manager does do it people are very quick to say they're being harsh on the player!

He isn’t wrong this is the worst man united team and it’s about time someone had the balls to say it about this team, they can have a performance once every so often then they go back to not giving a crap when it suits them.
Remember a few years ago the big banner in the crowd “play like you care”
The majority of these players just don’t give a crap, they have even stopped coming out with there “sorry tweets” and sorry interviews that they use to do all the time.
Some players just feel sorry for themselves can’t take any criticism and whinge about it.
There is about 5 maybe 6 players in the entire squad that you would keep and that’s being generous. The rest you wouldn’t care if they left

Well one thing's for sure. I'm not calling them all out telling them that they are the worst squad in United's history ? a) when has that EVER worked to the benefit of the team b) it definitely hasn't worked here. We've gone on a terrible run!
As to how I'd go about it, I have no idea. i'd guess I'd have to ride out the storm, keep them onside until the inevitable clear out comes. Do the best to see how out the premier league year and get to the summer.
What he has done is show no compromise to his set up, call out the squad as the worst in history and then said they can find someone else if they don't back him. All from 6 league wins in 25 games and sitting in 16th position in the league, haven't even hit 40 points yet. I'm very glad that the 3 relegated sides have been so shocking this year.

Who would you have installed differently to RA angelred, and how would that have changed matters?

I don't think there is anyway that you can claim we would have went on this run regardless.
Ramblings? We are in 16th mate, 6 wins in 25, 3 of those wins were against relegated sides. They are not ramblings, they are facts. And my opinion is, that due to these facts, I sincerely worry that he is the right man to guide us through, what is turning out to be a very difficult time in our history.

Don’t get the big deal of him saying that quote. To long have the club been babied and these players protected for poor performances after poor performances
Remember when fergie won the cup with Aberdeen and slagged them off in the first interview he did.
Some of the fan base are deluded to what the issue is at the club and the manager is far down that list.

I don't know if you manage or have managed people in your job, but what he did was wrong. Yes it was honest, yes I don't disagree but he has done it to the near detriment of his season.
You can not compare fergie on the pitch with Aberdeen. Fergie had built a winning reputation at the club, he sat a top of the tree and the players would climb over mountains for him.
