For someone who was notoriously shy, Scholes can't seem to keep his mouth shut nowadays, he's becoming rent a quote. As with everyone, he's entitled to say what he thinks but often what he thinks is pretty dumb. For such a cultured player, he's like a blunt instrument with his views. I do wish he'd zip. it.

Loved Scholesy as a player, but I literally mute the telly whenever he's on because I'd sooner s*** in my hands and clap than listen to such boring verbal tripe.

Scholesy's intelligence was always in his feet.
Which was fine when he was a footballer as he could let his feet do the talking.
As a pundit he's the new version of Souness unfortunately. Grumpy git, not much personality, and seems to keep getting opportunities in punditry due to the hyperbolic comments he makes rather than any astute ones.

Nothing new there. He has a very poor opinion of many players and pretty blunt about it. Winning and playing better will quite the pundits. its him or someone else that's the case with United.

He is a a really nice guy. Family man and a very loyal and very good human.
Not the most articulate it has to be said but he has opinions just like everybody else. A load more crap written on here than he comes out with. He is being paid for his opinions so I don't get why they annoy people. I'd rather listen to his opinions than read some of the nonsense we come up with on here and they make a lot more sense.

I'm sure he is a lovely guy ken. But being on the TV, pushed into your face when games are on and coming out with such ill informed drivel is funny though.
I mean likening the opinions of a paid pundit against a fan forum. Big gap there.
