We can only hope that the chas a plan for the summer, a big clear out and 4 to 5 signings. Just hope we can business done earlier this time give them time to create a team before the season starts. Never know they might surprise us all and win the Europa Cup.

Clear out the players, but 3-4 etc.

I think it might be coming this time.
They've sent Sancho out on loan with a buy option, they've sent out Rashford and Antony in January.
The previous administration would have kept all three around and paid them to sit on the bench.
Things are clearly changing, but Rome wasn't built in a day. It will take time.

Sancho is an obligation to buy and fee goes up depending on how far up chelsea finish.
