How we all feeling about rashford to villa. Good move for all I think especially if they stump up a considerable amount of his wages. it's not as if they're our rival this season so I don't see an issue. If he does well then we might get a decent fee come the summer!

I'm struggling to care less where he goes to be honest. Just so long as he goes.

Strange move from Rashford’s side. He’ll stay in Manchester, keep all his hangers on, have the British media on him. Should have moved abroad IMO but I guess if Villa was his only option ?♂️. Hopefully that is the last of us having characters like Rashford, Sancho, Lingard and Pogba.

Reports where the club told him after the interview he did any club has to cover his full wage. Take it with a pinch of salt but fabrizio saying villa covering wages and negotiating a buy clause. Il be glad to see the back of him 1 good season he's had with us every contract we've given him we've overpaid massively. His game hasn't developed time to move on.

Best of luck to him. I'm sure he preferred a move abroad but with his wages and united financial demands to cover his loan, he was always going to be difficult to shift.
Aston Villa obviously have a few quid as they are also looking to add Asensio. Emery is a good coach and I hope Marcus does well there, but not against us of course.

Ports, unfortunately I don't think he sees the off field issues and hangers on as a problem.
Villa could be perfect all round, he gets to play in premier league and champions league with a good manager and settled club.
If he performs then villa or other teams may pay for full sale. We get the wages off the books and can move forward with players that are suited and have a future.
Wi. Win all round and I hope he is successful as he has been a good player for us and is a decent human.

He won't play against us while on loan so villa will have all 11 players unfortunately.

????.

Wish him the best and he is top player who I suspect will do well elsewhere. Sad how things have turned out.
Both rash and antony are loan deals and will be back and I suspect more work to do come summer.

I'm bemused. Once valued at £80M and and England regular, he is now going to move to Villa. No disrespect, but Villa? There's not exactly a queue of clubs fighting over him is there.
Something has gone very wrong and in time, I am sure we will find out what. It feels like the Dele Ali situation, a young player, world at his feet, suddenly looks lost. It's very sad.

I hate it when i'm right about one our players as it means they have been poor and let the club fans and themselves down
I was one of the first to say he was overrated and overhyped years ago but was told by many he was world class
He should of been shipped out when PSG were sniffing around years ago for £100 million
Let’s hope that’s the last of the massively overrated ego type players we have.

Tumble, If Utd had any sense they'd insist as part of the deal that Rashford has to be selected to play against Utd.

It feels like that AJH. Something not right with him. More than a loss of form. He hasn’t looked happy for the last season and a half.
I think this is a major problem with how the system handles young players in the modern era. Due to the power of agents, anyone with talent and potential expects it all right from the start: first team football, big wages, and ‘their brand’. If they don’t get that, the agent will look for a club that will give it them. Feels like Marcus got it all way too quickly and lost himself along the way. There was something to be said for the apprenticeship system that kept young players grounded, and prevented them from getting caught up their celebrity until they were a bit older.

AJH, I think there were plenty of teams queuing up for him, but the financial demands of the club could not be met by his suitors.
Barcelona, AC Milan, B Dortmund, not a bit start to the list, but none could afford him.
