I really really hope Garnacho stays. Whenever he plays he is direct, attacks and tries to make things happen. we have no one like him as a replacement. He def adds potency to our attack.

It does seem bizarre to be contemplating selling a very young player who has been involved a lot in recent weeks to good effect. I know it’s the Chelsea model ie Gallagher but Chelsea had about 10 players in most positions when they sold him. We’re pretty sparse in every position.

I like that he took the manager's criticism positively, got his head down and worked on what the manager wants. You could see last night that the was playing for the team. Can't say the same about Rashford and it's clear of the two who needs to go.

Garnacho has xetisjoy improved a little in recent weeks, making better decisions. He’s direct, has pace, and seems to be responding well to Amorim. He’s not publicly causing any problems and seems to be getting his head down. If we can sell Rashford this weekend it’ll go a long way. Surprised Arsenal haven’t enquired about him as they have a gaping hole in their forward line.

I like Garnacho, he's a player who has that x factor that gets you out your seat. Very exciting to watch.

He does have his limitations though. He's still very raw and far too often he makes the wrong choices. Playing with his head down too focused him himself and not the team. There have also been questions around his professionalism and his attitude at times. While if we continue with Amorim and his system then there isn't a natural position for him based on the skills and abilities he has shown up to this point.

All that said though, he is still very young. He is mouldable and he obviously isn't the finished article. He can improve him decisions making, attitude and mentality are not fixed, especially at his age. He can learn quickly and change them without too much trouble. The longer he keeps them the harder it will be to change them. He has the raw talents to be successful in the inside forward roles in Amorim's system if he develops his reading of the game, his decision making, and ups his defensive work rate. All of which are possible.

It all comes down to whether he wants to do the work and develop his game. He has supposedly been exploring options away from United for a while, and is "open" to other clubs.

He has also deactivated his social media accounts and has seemed to get his head down in training. While his performances have shown glimpses of him looking to adapt his game. He's playing a bit more with his head up and has made some good passes leading to goals or high quality chances where he would have previously had his head down and would have shot instead. Promising little signs.

Ultimately it's down to him, I don't think Amorim will force him out. And if he does the things the manager wants then he'll get chances and play games. If he doesn't see himself being the kind of player Amorim wants or he isn't prepared to put in the work then maybe a move is best for all involved.
