Happy new year every one and let us hope 2025 will be a better year than 2024.
I love the banter and debating of various posts but reality is we really suck and you can Tactico it any which way you want but have to assume it can't get any worse than what we have seen last few weeks,
Reality is we will be out of the FA cup soon and then the schedule will be just the league and Europa and we will not go far playing this way so plenty of time to work with the squad and training stuff.
A bit of skeptic about most of transfer stuff that is in the news and can see us doing nothing but a few loans of some youngsters out.
I am mentally prepared to take the punishment at Anfield that I suspect is coming and move on and see how we manage what comes next.
Strange as a United supporter to accept we will not be in the running for anything so early but that's where we are. Time to focus on getting that golf handicap down:)

6.6 at the moment. Would like to get it down to 3.5 before a much anticipated Scottish golf trip this summer. Drive the ball like a scratch golfer, chipping and pitching it like a 12 handicap and putting not great.

Bwahaha! I drive like a 18 handicapper, chip like a single handicapper, putt the same. Irons let me down massively. Scramble like hell most days and play off 8.7.
Had a plan to get to around 7 by end of last year but two rounds in the 20s and a -3 in PAR and it was game over!
Oh well age is against me now so I’ll be happy to stay single figures.
On another note my wifes uncle was the head distiller at Glen Moray. Got some great invites to rounds in Scotland when we lived in UK. Machrihanish Dunes being the most enjoyable. But was good to play Troon. Didn’t do either of them any justice though!

Links on the only way to play golf imo.
Parkland is just target practice its not real golf imo. Anybody can play parkland only the best golfers master links golf.
Troon is lovely St Andrews very over rated and not in the same class as but has so much history it's hard not to really enjoy it. Keefy if your every in Ireland play old head in Cork portmarknock in Dublin or baltray in Louth all of them are just beautiful.
