As a fanbase we are so quick to judge a d flip flop our opinions.

People didn't want to temporary manager and thought it was a good thing that we brought in the long term answer straight away. Yet now people think that it wasn't a good idea as he doesn't have the time to train the players in his system mid-season.

Likewise, fans wanted a manager with a clear system/ style of play who wouldn't change it at a drop of a hat or when the players didn't adapt to it right away. We got that and now fans are suggesting that the manager should adapt his system/ style to the players he has.

Fans blame Bruno as a big part of what is wrong with the team. Then he doesn't play and things are worse without him.

As a fanbase we are so reactionary, so many knee jerks that I'm surprised any of us can walk straight anymore.

Rather than worrying about what we should have done, or what we should be doing differently how about we just get behind the team and offer some support.

Don’t agree with much you say and your long essays are awful, but this is words of wisdom from you.
Hopefully RA can get in a decent LWB and a decent striker, in January, that will go along way to helping us, after that come Summer some defenders and a GK and midfielder with some legs!
RA is probably having sleepless nights trying to sort it, but changing what he knows best hopefully ain’t at forefront of his mind.
Let’s give it time few additions and we can get through to the summer hopefully somewhere in mid table.
All those who think top 4 or Europa league just forget all that
With no goal scorers a dodgy keeper a terrible backline and no midfield it’s not happening, but on the plus side this trash only cost just over half a billion, let’s hope we spend the next half a billion much better!

i don't think he will be here long - Its a massive project and I think the weakness will be one or two of his coaches might not fancy it - they've had it good for a long time but starting again in a new country under huge scrutiny working with this shower will soon grind them down, once one goes it will be drip drip drip before the others start whispering in R. As ear its time to go boss. He has made absolutely no positive impact on results and I was unsure he would do well when he was appointed nothing he has done so far has convinced me otherwise - a nice smile and a decent c. v will only get you so far.

Shappy - Any sensible Man Utd supporter understands that an Ineos/ Glazer alliance is a catastrophe for the football club.

Mass redundancy for the poorest workers and cutting charity payments will have no meaningful impact on the Clubs finances. Increasing ticket prices forcing the fans to pay more for their incompetence is pathetic and if we had anything about us we wouldn’t stand for it. These cost cutting measures is chicken feed to the compensation they have just paid to EtH, Ashworth and co. The Club has a London Office in Mayfair which they don’t need and whenever Joel Glazer flys over for one of his pointless meetings his first class flights and expensive hotels are charged to the Club. It is complete nonsense that people had to lose their jobs and have bonuses cut in an attempt to safeguard the Club finances. When has redundancy, increasing ticket prices and slashing payments to charity had anything to do with football? I thought Ineos were in charge of football operations? Not awarding Bruno a new contract and giving him £300k per week, conducting a strategic review then extending EtHs contract, only to sack him 3 months later, waiting 8 months for a DoF, paying millions in compensation only to sack him 3 months later and appointing a new manager must have cost the Club well over £30m. How many people will they have to make redundant to recover that money?

If they made sensible decisions, negotiated decent contracts and recruited good players they wouldn’t have to sack anyone! Making sound, rational, footballing decisions is the easiest and most efficient way to save the Club millions.

Who appoints a new manager, with a distinctive style of play, knowing that it doesn’t suit most of the players in the current squad then claims poverty and says there is no money for transfers? This is incompetence of the highest order.

If you sent Rashford and Casemiro out on loan and still paid 50% of their wages we’d save nearly £1m a month.

Who’s flip flopping I think everyone realises that expecting Amorim to do something with this squad is utterly ridiculous and they were all still absolutely crap playing 4-2-3-1 that’s why EtH was sacked?

The Bruno debate is redundant, we lost 3-0 at home to B’mouth last week, he played in that game. We are rubbish no matter who plays.

This Club is riddled with apathy and incompetence and in a tale as old as time it’s always the less fortunate that pays the price!

Dlib although I do agree with some aspects of what your saying if you look at the state of the club sacking have to made on the basis no one is doing there job they are paid to do.

Your telling me there are rats around the ground and there’s no one in charge of maintanance, who’s in charge of checking the piss smelt corridors and making sure the place is clean, or the food standards are in place.

Staff still working from home when they are paid to do a job and do it to what they are being paid for.

It’s not just the players that need to show a bit it’s the whole club,

I agree with cutting charity money etc but if someone isn’t doing there job regardless of department they deserve to lose there jobs

In regards to ticket prices if we are operating on a loss something has to go up we are not making enough through performances on the pitch and as sad as it is that they thought about ticket prices that’s just the way it goes

Personally if they are thinking of a new stadium they may aswell sell the naming rights for a few years to make some money that can be used to invest in the club if it’s that bad.

£370million loss over 5 years, the Glazers have finally brought the club to its knees, mission accomplished.
