Is now the time to bring in some of the younger players and think about the future? Amass and collyer look like good players who are ready, biancheri, Ibragimov, ennis, missin and chido all look like they have something about them. Surely we should be looking to integrate them and give them some chances.
Money is a big problem for us, we don't have anything to spend so surely we have to have a look at other options within. See how they get in and if it doesn't work they can go back to the youth teams. Remember rashford and greenwood only got chances because we were missing players and they both turned out to be decent players.

I reckon RA's already working well on bringing the youth players into his consideration, but he will need to see the application of his footballing culture being fed through from the academy coaches before many of our youngsters can really be considered.
The need for system fit is displayed nicely by the opportunities provided to Collyer and Amass. Collyer will get senior gametime because, as a defensive-minded midfielder, his game carries well through the transfer from 4-3-3 to 3-4-2-1. However, Amass might struggle to get gametime because he doesn't yet possess the levels of athleticism or composure necessary for the role of Wingback.
The acquisition of Diego Leon should be taken as the perfect example of how RA's mind is working - it's all about the strengths. Amass, prior to ten Hag being given the shoe, was much-lauded as the next big thing, but the role of LB suits his capabilities better than the role of LWB does. RA could have ridden the steady current of sentiment by allowing Amass and, less so, Murray to be viewed as the best youth options, but no, he clearly wants a player with a more bombastic style to provide more dynamic competition.
I know the logic of sink or swim is supported by many, and it is compelling, but the hope to swim can only really be feasible when the instinct and/ or inherent aptitude is there.
It could well be that, while our youth teams are showing real quality against their direct peers, they might individually be still lacking the more dynamic skillsets required for RA's system.
Ennis, for example, could become an incredible talent, but does he yet have the discipline for the role of a 10 and could he ever be considered an option for RWB?
Sink or swim, I believe it's currently wiser to measure the introduction of the youth players very carefully, especially when the waters are currently so choppy that the experienced heads are floundering.

100% agree. Shelve the lazy senior players and blood the youth. This season will have ups and downs for sure but it's easier to take the downs if there is a plan and they players are working hard.

What I have seen of Chido he looks good, but not ready for the EPL, maybe next season. Biancheri might be worth a try while Garnacho is struggling and Rashford seems to be on a plane to Italy.

Grim I'd give him a go next game, he's a big lad and the physicality won't be a problem, it's a win win, he gets some 1st team experience and worst case it and it doesn't work it will shove a rocket up the other striker arse knowing a young kid is starting ahead of them. We're probably going to lose anyway.
For the next game I'd go onana, mazraoui, de ligt, maguire, yoro, amass. Mainoo, collyer, amad, garnacho, chido/ biancheri
Is.

I can guarantee the moment a team filled with these exciting kids filled with nothing but potential gets a tanking most here will be up in arms about why they were thrown into a Premier league game.

Spenno spot on and more importantly you can't throw young kids to the wolves. Playing them in an under performing team could seriously damage their confidence and development. Fergie was the master at blooding young players into a team which was successful and had sting players / leaders who would take them under their wing and guide and protect them. That's not possible with this Utd team.

If anything, I'd say Amass is more suited to the LWB role, than LB.

You will injure some of them, they are physically in many cases not even ready. They work with these players everyday, trust the coaches that if one or two are semi ready they would get their chance. Let them keep developing.
