Have to feel for Amorim. unlike eth he clearly has a plan and a philosophy that he's working to implement. When the players are poor and make simple mistakes it makes it impossible to get results in this league. Media knives will be out, just hope our fans can see how difficult his job is.

The players aren't good enough. Dalot is consistently poor and still plays. Even Martinez can't be bothered.
It is time to give a youth player or two a chance instead.

The players seem to struggle learning to play any system. ETH gave up on his after a few games, and reverted to simple counter attack football. With Ruben’s system, they don’t understand the transitions from attack to defence, or how to get the wingbacks involved. Defensively they’re all over the place. No aggression defending set pieces too. Today, Maguire was the only defender that understood his job.

I think EtH did have a system initially (as demonstrated very well at Ajax) . However it didn't work from the outset, with a few very poor defeats at the start of his reign. Sounding very familiar.

That’s the thing…wingback is key in amorims system and our options are shocking. Dalot is the best of the bunch and he wouldn’t start for any other team in the top 10. Simple as that. We need that overhaul but do ineos have the guts to do it?

If this is the preferred system now for the foreseeable, shouldn't it be implemented throughout the academy and under 21s. Makes the transition though the teams easier for the players.

Jeez lads I know you need to defend the new manager and he deserves time. but let's call a spade a spade. That performance was atrocious today, from a players perspective you aren't good enough. but RA so far hasn't shown that he can handle the premier league. He needs to improve quick or yous may get caught in a relegation scrap.
