Walker was pathetic and as a cheat should have been given a red. The foul on Rasmus was a penalty, someone said Neville said not in a game like this. What, so if it’s Everton v Southampton it’s a penalty but not at the Etihad, because it’s City basically? Nonsense

Mike Dean also said during the discussion it wasn't a penalty as the defender was just a bit clumsy! Never heard that as a reason for not awarding a penalty.
