Looks like Shaw now back after the international break and not sure what back means and how long before we see him play, eth side stepping giving anything concrete on him.
Also from the presser and some stuff written about players loads, our revamp of medical department and work done on understanding what went wrong last year etc etc
it looks like we will see lots of rotation and sounds like it will be a long season for many teams and how you manage injuries and loads.
Even though Rodri plays for city but personally hate to see great players sustain serious injuries. Can't see them winning the league or even finish top 2.

Managers now play players in epl and in europe. We used to rotate more to protect players and we need to get back to it.
No point hanging on for Shaw to come back, he will be injured again within a few games. Same with malacia.
We are now finding a new way to play with Dalot playing LB and stepping into midfield leaving a back 3. It looked good first half against palace.

dodgy
I think Malacia will play before we see Shaw back on the pitch. He looks very fit and hope you are wrong.
I agree, Shaw will get injured just when you think he is properly match fit.
We will be in crisis mode if mazroui or dalot get injured. Need both players back to share the volume of games we maybe playing.

Will we play as many games as last season?

Surprised it's not 'back FOR the international break'

Very good key. ?
We do need to Jane one or both back ASAP.
Dalot is doing his steady enough stuff out on the left. He adds nothing or very little in attack from the right really so he does the same from the left.
Maz and dalot can't play every game so the sooner we get them back it will allow them to rotate a bit on the right.

Perhaps it's time to give Amass some minutes. I did think he might have played against Barnsley.

Mh the manager has said he won't consider amass this year. He has determined he is not ready. We might see him next year.
Picking collyer ahead of him tells you the manager has made his mind up and amass will just have to be patient and work hard, he is still only 17.

TW,
Your right, but sometimes 10 minutes here or there can do a young kid wonders and sour him on.
The Barnsley game being a prime example. Although it is difficult to blood youngsters at time.
I do think Amass needs to work more on his defensive side of football.
