Sancho to Chelsea then. Loan with an obligation. Probably the best we could do and will be interesting to see the buy fee. Leaves us a bit short but I'd rather have him out the door tbh. Decent window all in all, still plenty to do but time wasn't built in a day and it's been positive thus far. Now to the business of the football!

Swapped not playing for United for not playing for Chelsea!

He’s not played for us for a year properly. The only thing he leaves us short of is a pain in the dressing room and a complete under achiever. Never did it for us, and one goes down for me as one of our worst hits if business. I was admittedly very surprised by how bad he was.

He really ought to have moved overseas again - Juventus would have been the perfect move for him. Good riddance.

I’m not sure he can cut it in the premiership as I think he has a weak mentality so when the going is tough he wilts. Glad to see him go.

reports saying 20-25 mill obligation to buy subject to chelsea finishing top 14 and the higher they finish the closer it gets to 25 mill. Assuming there is a loan fee and salary coverage. it looks like we got around 40 mill.

Reports saying 10m loan fee and full wage coverage by chelsea. I wonder if he took a wage cut. I doubt it as he has always behaved like a entitled diva.

There are a lot of purple underestimating Chelsea. Really good coach and manager did a great job at Leicester it's a big step up but he has chosen his squad and have a lot of very good players I expect them to be in top 4.
It may take some time for him to get his methods across so they may drop points they shouldn't but he has good players that helps. I also expect sancho to do well there.

Chelsea have too many players, this the manager knows hence he has taken the ones he wants and has them training as a first team squad. Yes I know that there will still be dissatisfaction reaching the ears and eyes of the first team squad, these lads will be mates after all.

But I think Chelsea have found themselves a manager who is going to sort out what needs to sorted, irrespective of reputation.

I expect them to progress this year and move forward this year. I not convinced Sancho will do well because I think he might struggle to get game time however I also think when you look at it then it's quite low risk/ high reward for Chelsea.

The fee is not prohibitive if they have to move him on in terms of PSR. it's going to amortise to under 5 Mill a year, he should be easy for them to move on from. If he set the world alight then it's a winner for them.
