Not even just the outstanding goal he scored, check out the skill he pulled on the touchline (made 2 Liverpool players crash into each other) . Looks like a future ballon d'Or magnet. Even if he isn't ready, I'd still prefer taking a punt on him than allowing Ronaldo to come crawling back when nobody comes for him.

United are too distracted dealing with all their emotions over Ronaldo, trying to placate Sponsors in case he leaves, to consider buying such a talent. We are more likely to sit weeping into a signed No7 shirt than buy Sesko for £50m however, in a year when he is valued at £100m we will offer £65m. I live in hope the upper echelon of the club show change but Sesko hasn’t played for Ajax either.

Agreed Red Man. Ronaldo wants to leave, pack his bags, tell him to pay the transfer fee we paid for him and goodbye. Save all the wages to buy young striker. From the little I've seen of Sesko, looks very quick and very talented. Much rather have him than a moaning Ronaldo.
In addition, we've still got a few to get rid of, awb, Jones, Dvb, tuanzebe, telles. The club does everything at snail pace. They are not proactive and their business model is shambolic.

Although CR7 wants to leave, he's a pro. I don't see him moaning or downing tools as others have done. He knows the score. In hindsight he may feel he overestimated what he saw when he signed up for two seasons, believing he'd guide us into the CL again.
